Zetta to Present at Automation Nation on How to Maintain Uptime and Ensure Disaster Recovery Readiness
Service Providers to Hear from Zetta CTO Jeff Whitehead on How to Build a Business Continuity Game Plan for Customers
Zetta, a leading provider of high-performance cloud backup and disaster recovery solutions, today announced that its CTO Jeff Whitehead will be delivering a business continuity workshop session during the annual Automation Nation conference, June 20-22, at Hilton Bonnet Creek, Orlando, Fla. The conference, which is sold out, is attended by ConnectWise partners who use LabTech. Whitehead will present a game plan that service providers can refer to when preparing an IT environment for disaster recovery, in order to maintain uptime and ensure business continuity.
Whitehead’s “The Future is Business Continuity” session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, at 2:15 PM. “We at Zetta are seeing more concern from providers about protecting the IT environment and getting back up as soon as possible after a disaster,” said Whitehead, citing a recent Zetta IT survey which revealed that 76% of respondents would incur moderate to severe costs from several days of downtime. “During our session I will show what a complete disaster recovery solution looks like, one that will provide IT with the best failover times,” said Whitehead.
Whitehead also will give providers a framework they can follow to make sure they’re getting business continuity right for their end-customers. “Backup gives you tools in your belt to solve a problem, but it doesn’t solve the whole problem,” said Whitehead. “Providers need to ask themselves what class of disasters and problems they want to solve, and determine their budget,” he explained. “The best business continuity solutions handle multiple classes of risks or threats, and are affordable in hard and soft costs,” he noted.
Zetta is also exhibiting at Automation Nation in the Solutions Pavilion. “We welcome attendees to visit us in the Pavilion and learn more about Zetta’s 100% cloud-based, disaster recovery solutions and how we deliver sub-five minute failover times from the cloud,” says Whitehead.
